NATURAL LIGHT is a combination of the indigenous Mazateca from Oaxaca and Luz Helena Salazar’s Pink Bourbon from Colombia.

Mazateca, grown in the majestic mountain range that peaks above 2,000 masl, offers a smooth, well-balanced cup, thanks to the Mazateco people’s ancestral production techniques. These chemical-free methods, combined with agroforestry, allow the coffee to thrive alongside other crops and trees, resulting in a cup with rich, earthy tones and subtle floral nuances.

Luz Helena’s Pink Bourbon elevates the profile with her innovative processing techniques. The cherries undergo underwater fermentation and anaerobic processes, followed by a wash, resulting in a clean, pure note of Pink Bourbon that shines with clarity and distinction.

Together, these two coffees create a cup with layered complexity and an exceptional balance of tradition, innovation, and nature’s finest flavours.
